Nothing seems to ignite the imagination of a child like peering off into the “wild blue yonder.” Children are naturally fascinated by objects that they see overhead and rightly so – the sky holds many wonders and spectacular sights.
When I Look Into the Sky is a rhyming picture book that lets you explore these wonders along with your child while demonstrating that sometimes the things that we can’t see are more wondrous that the things we can.
Your child will enjoy the colorful and engaging illustrations taking them around the world and showing that no matter what your race, color, or creed, we all share the same earth and the same blue sky!

This book is really cute and would be good for very young children. I would dare-say I think there is less than two hundred words in this book if I had to guess. I loved the illustrations and the fact that it is a Christian story for kids with such a great ending earned it an extra star in my view, but I did feel it could have been a few pages longer. With such a short story, this is one you might find yourself reading five or six times in a row to keep the kiddos happy. Short but sweet.Product details

When I Look Into the Sky edition by Mark R Carraway Samantha Hernandez Children eBooks Reviews
Not only is this a really cute book with great illustrations, but it also has a good message. This is a book that you could read to the children at Sunday School or VBS.
My 4 year old loved this book, not only did it keep his attention, it got him involved! Very highly recommended, by both him and I.
We all loved reading this story. It is great for bedtime. The pictures are wonderful, also. Great for young children.
The story was nice. It wasn't overly exciting or adventurous but did manage to keep my son's attention and I thought it was sweet. Although, I could have done without the touch text- it seemed to detract from the story.
Bought this book for my child, and she loves it and it can keep her occupied when needed. Easy to do.
Not only did my daughters love this book, but I really enjoyed it as well. It is beautifully written and illustrated. It sends a wonderful message, and is just so pleasant to read and to view. I loved the use of rhyme and color! I can only hope in my second endeavor at writing a childrens' book that I will have half as beautiful of an outcome with my pictures. It is inspiring. ~)
This is a cute book, nice rhymes and fun illustrations. It does have a mention to a (non-specific) deity at the end though, so if you are avoiding indoctrinating your children into any particular religion, I'd skip this one. It is super cute though if you are looking for, or just don't mind, the reference to a higher being (they never put a name to the god so this could be useful to many religions!)
